Mr. Kishish has practiced law since 1992. He has worked both as an In-House attorney and in Private Practice. His counseling has ranged from assisting Fortune 500 companies with recovering from class action settlements, to his early work with individuals fighting discrimination issues. It is this background that informs his practice today. Mr. Kishish's knowledge of both sides of the table makes him better able to fight for your interests.

Attorney Mimi Hua
Mimi Hua primarily represents Veterans and Servicemembers in their claims for Traumatic Injury Protection (TSGLI) benefits. She has committed the past seven years in helping hundreds of our military heroes recover the money they deserve.
She also practices in the areas of mass torts, pharmaceutical, and product liability litigation. She has helped hundreds of plaintiffs recover for injuries caused by Baycol, Vioxx, Avandia, Guidant Ancure Stent Grafts, Guidant Defibrillators, Medtronic Defibrillators, Medtronic Sprint Fidelis Leads, and Kugel Mesh Patches.
She prides herself on client satisfaction, by communicating regularly with clients and building supportive relationships. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family, friends and her German Wirehaired Pointer dog.
